A familiar place to write

Use Visual Editor when you want to work on the words. Switch to Markdown Source to inspect the saved syntax. Split Preview shows both views together.

The file stays yours

Ordinary notes remain Markdown files. You can open them elsewhere, back them up, or move the folder. Rendering can differ between Markdown apps.
