Check the purchase account

  1. Confirm the Mac App Store uses the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  2. Open MarkThatDown’s Account screen and choose Restore Purchases.
  3. Check the resulting entitlement and try the Pro feature again.

When Apple does not return active access

Check the subscription or purchase in your Apple Account. A canceled subscription can expire. Contact support with the app version and the result, without sending payment details.

Subscription and lifetime entitlements

Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Monthly and annual access depend on the current subscription entitlement.
