Link to a section of a note

A heading link uses an anchor such as #project-notes. The renderer decides how it turns heading text into an anchor.

Check the actual anchor

Simple headings produce easier links. A generated table of contents still needs a quick destination check in the receiving renderer.

Renderers can add suffixes to repeated headings. Punctuation, accents, and spaces may also produce different anchors. The website outline tool uses a stated GitHub-style convention.
