Review the final copy

  1. Read the note in Reading or Split Preview and correct missing images or malformed tables.
  2. Choose PDF through the app’s export or sharing controls and select a destination.
  3. Open the PDF and inspect every page, especially long tables, code blocks, and page boundaries.

When the layout differs

The exported copy is a separate rendering. Simplify wide content or change the note’s structure, then export and check it again.

The PDF is a separate copy

Markdown and PDF export are free. A PDF does not update when the source note changes.
