Manage a Pro subscription through Apple

Find the active subscription

1. Open your Apple Account’s subscriptions through the Mac App Store or Apple’s subscription management route.
2. Select MarkThatDown and check the plan and renewal information.
3. Use Apple’s cancellation control and verify the resulting expiry or cancellation state.

When there is no subscription to cancel

Check the purchasing Apple Account. A Lifetime purchase does not renew and has no subscription to cancel. Refund requests use Apple’s separate process.

Free writing continues after Pro

Ending Pro leaves ordinary Markdown files and the free editor available. Canceling a subscription does not delete your notes.
